IMAGING & DIAGNOSTICS
Quality control is an integral component of quality assurance and is the aggregate of processes and techniques to detect, reduce, and correct deficiencies in an analytical process
Quality improvement is the practice of continuously assessing and adjusting performance using statistically and scientifically accepted procedures.
Quality Control processes are necessary in all phases of testing such as the pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic phases.
Reporting an accurate diagnosis is the most important aspect of our pathology services, but we also pay careful attention to what happens before and after the pathologist renders a report. We decrease the risk of case mislabeling through clear barcode labels on specimens, documentation, slides etc.
“Productivity and efficiency can be achieved only step by step with sustained hard work, relentless attention to details and insistence on the highest standards of quality and performance.”
